Maintaining your items.

To care for your items, we advise washing at 30 degrees, inside out on a gentle cycle. This will ensure that the garment maintains it's shape and colour and minimises shrinking. Do not tumble dry instead air/hang to dry. Should any of the vinyl prints become wrinkled or creased during the washing of the item you can simply turn the t-shirt inside out and iron on reverse or place a cloth over the print and iron gently. All our items have been washed tested before going on sale so we can provide the best care information possible for you. We can not be held responsible for any washing or drying incorrectly. 

Unfortunately due to the nature of some of our garments being personalised we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these products. If your items are not personalised in anyway we offer a 14 day return policy. Items must be back with us in original packing unworn and unwashed within this 14 day window and the buyer is responsible for return postage. We do not refund original postage costs if you have chosen to return your purchase. However in the unlikely event an item is received damaged, with a printing error, or in a different size to what you originally ordered personalised or not a replacement will be sent out as soon as we receive the original one back. Returns must be unworn and in the same condition as when they were sent. In cases like this postage will be covered by us. 

Sizing 

We offer a size chart for you to check before making a purchase, this will be helpful if you are unsure on what size to get. The size chart is specific to our handmade garments and our t-shirts and hoodies are of the same sizing. Although our sizes are very true to size if you are unsure or your child is between sizes we recommend choosing the bigger one and having some growing room. We all know how quickly they grow. 

Delivery

All parcels within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. You will need to be home to receive your order as a signature will be required if you've chosen the signed for option. Please make sure that you provide us with the correct delivery address as once it has been posted there will be nothing we can do if the wrong information was given. Our turn around time is currently 21 working days, this does not include weekends or bank holidays. At busy periods please bare in mind it might take the full 21 days before the item is posted, however all orders are usually out much sooner. 

All  orders in the UK over £100 will have free standard shipping. No code needed the website will automatically discount it at the checkout. 

Overseas order are usually posted with Royal Mail but in some cases we may need to use a private courier instead. Again we keep all tracking information so if you require this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment Options

For an order to be complete and received by us payment must be made at the checkout. We accept payments via PayPal or card. We also have three buy now pay later options for you to choose from that allows you to spread the cost completely intrest free. They are Clearpay, Klarna and Lay-buy. You will be given the option to choose one at the checkout.
